The Process
We begin with a market appraisal of your property, review the comparables and tailor a bespoke marketing plan. We source tenants through the widest possible channels. We arrange and conduct viewings of your property.
We negotiate the let of the property, reference the tenants, draft the tenancy agreement, help prepare the property for letting and provide the tenants with the necessary documentation. We manage the property in-house from our office based in Holland Park. The professionals managing the property know the property first-hand and the tenants face-to-face.
